OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Gorgeous Waterfront Jade Green Grotto Style Heated Pool
- Patio equipped with chaise lounges and patio dining table and chairs
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane
(Full Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 delivery charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
-Living room has seating for 8 with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
Casa La Paz sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. The 3, large bedrooms all have TV's with cable. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided and premium air mattress available upon request.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Dishwasher pods are provided
› Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

Every room has a smart TV with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Bi-weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 216 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the house Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection on Garbage Removal days, Monday and Thursday mornings. Please bring the bins back to the side of the house inside the gate when the trash has been picked up.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

ADDITIONAL equipment: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you with the best local vendors for baby’s equipment, mobility devices etc.

Great Stay!
The property is located on a quiet dead end street and less than 10 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed relaxing by the well maintained pool and outdoor area. Highly recommend!

Relaxing escape from the cold!
My wife and I spent 3 weeks at this property. The heated pool was great. It was generously heated and usable every day. We had company twice for a few days and the 3 King beds with 3 on-suite bathrooms were key to everyone's enjoyment. The neighborhood is quiet and the water in the backyard that that separates the blocks was very nice and added to the privacy. The house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any of our requests. We are looking to rent here again.

Keys for the first time
Property was very clean and stocked with plenty of linens, towels and kitchen utensils. Could use a freshen up inside. Cracked ceilings, paint etc..The hot tub was missing but was pictured in the photos. All in all, this property met our needs, was in a quiet neighborhood and felt safe.

House is comfortable, but ...
The house was comfortable and despite some outside pictures being outdated they are representing reality. still there are a few things to report: 1. There is an internal privacy issue with this house as all doors are glass doors. The most disturbing was the en-suite bathrooom of the 2nd bedroom which is connected with the Master suite. So whenever that bathroom was used in the night the light was illuminating the master suite and there is no privacy in regards to noise. 2. When asking if beach chairs and umbrellas were available I was told that only beach chairs. When arriving at the property we couldnt use any as they were either rusty or old. When reported they questioned it and I didnt want to spend time sending pictures back so I didnt use any. 3. there are some safety concerns in the outside area specially around the jacuzzi and also with some tiles being broken when exiting the master suite. 4. while staying there a "Notice of violation" from the city of Hollywood was posted on the door as the place permit is for 6 guests but the listing is for 8. I forwarded an image of this notive and I never got a reply from the owner. The property is for sure not worth the money we paid and I wouldnt recommend this place

Great house and location
My family and I had a great time at the house. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Any problem we had was dealt with asap. The neighborhood was great and close to everything. The only thing was we were missing a bed and had an air mattress that had a leak in it and the toilet in the one bathroom never quit running so we had to turn it off. The shower in the middle bathroom sprayed everywhere. I loved the lay out of the house having kids they were able to be spread out. Thank you so much!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and we loved having our own bathrooms. The beds were also very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing.

Rest and Recovery
Excellent choice for our needs - one of our party was undergoing a medical procedure and needed recuperation time. The rest were there for support and a little holiday on the side. The house was perfect for our needs, enough space for us to spread out, everyone has their own TV, a lovely view out back and a pool.

Worst vacation ever
This house is nothing like it shows in the pics. My main issue was the sewage issue the owner didn’t even notify us that the septic pipe had backed up and leaked in the front yard and it had to be dug up. So there was poop all over the front yard and everywhere . You could smell it the whole vacation . DISGUSTING. Worst host ever Val Gal is very unprofessional for putting us in that house . We had to hear it from neighbors because she didn’t have the nerve to tell us. The couch was broken only had enough seating for 3 and had a family of 8. The sofa part was in the garage. The fridge was broke was told it would be fixed but that never happened had to use a mini fridge for a family of 8. Wasted lots of money due to this. Got there early and asked if we could check in early was told no it was a extra charge of 100 dollars . But yet we had no fridge and no couch. Shows how money hungry the owner is. We didn’t even had propane to grill they left us empty tanks. Then once we notified her about the smell they offered to put us in another house . No you shoulda of told us before we even stepped foot on that property. I’ve never stayed in a place this disgusting . So disgusted !!!! Shame on you ValGal

Very small living dining area very old furniture . Super uncomfortable metal chairs at the dining table. Looked much better in pictures than in reality. Pool was warm. Hot tub not heating more than 100. Outside furniture very bad condition.

Inside the house was wonderful. Very spacious, updated and clean. It’s difficult to find places that accommodate a large family comfortably, but this house does. Close to the beach. Friendly neighbors.

Artist Beach House in Hollywood
Once we were moved because of issues at the original property, we had a great vacation. The new house was awesome and we appreciated the cleanliness, pleasant fragrance and all the architectural detail of the Artist Beach house. It was also close to the beach and the Broadwalk and we enjoyed many walks, took in all the beautiful beach views, and enjoyed the comfort when coming back to this house.

Large house with pool, plenty of room
Loved the location, pool and all the available space. Everything was sparkling clean and they provided hand sanitizer and masks for our continued safety. Great place to stay!
