The space
Beachwalk, situated in southern Broward County, Florida, along the scenic Intracoastal Waterway in Hallandale Beach, boasts an outdoor pool and a complimentary shuttle service to the beach. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely 9-minute stroll to reach the beach entrance.
Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together, and it has all the amenities to make you feel at home.
The apartment features contemporary furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while the second bedroom has a full bathroom for visitors. You can also enjoy the oversized balconies with beautiful views, and the windows are equipped with roller blinds in the living room and Black Out blinds in the bedrooms.
Unit includes resort-provided Wi-Fi and cable TV.
Since it is a private unit and does not include daily cleaning or hotel services, the apartment will be equipped with the following:
-The kitchen in the apartment is well-equipped with a range of amenities including knives, a full set of cutlery, a cutting board, pots and pans, spatulas and ladles, a pasta strainer, glasses, cups, and plates, an oven dish, a sponge for cleaning, and a dishwasher for the day of their arrival. In addition, there is a corkscrew, a coffee maker (with coffee, sugar, tea, and milk capsules for their arrival), a toaster, an ice bucket, and a garbage disposal for small food waste only
-The bathroom is fully stocked with 4 body towels, 2 face towels, 1 hand towel, a bathroom mat, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and toiletries for your arrival. In the closet, you'll find blankets, a safe, a folding luggage rack, an iron, and an ironing board. For cleaning, there is a broom, a vacuum cleaner, and a dustpan located in the air conditioning closet.
This is a condo hotel with 24/7 front desk. You will receive a key card from reception for access to the door, elevator, gym, and pool.
Beach Service: is available at the resort and includes a white van that can drop you off and pick you up near the entrance to Hyde Beach, where the security kiosk is located next to the Etaru restaurant. If you need the van to pick you up from the beach and take you back to the building, simply call the front desk and inform them of your location. Once you have been dropped off, you can walk along the beach to the left towards the north, or cross the street and take the public path next to Tides. To find Esteban's Place, which is identifiable by white and blue umbrellas and a kiosk where a photo ID is required, you can walk to the left. They are clearly marked with Esteban's Place signs.
The beach service includes:

Once it runs out If you want to rent more chairs and umbrellas, this has a cost of usd $40 you must ask for them at Esteban's place.
Guest access
Our Beachwalk Resort Hallandale complex offers a wide range of services and common areas to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offer a restaurant next to the outdoor pool and a gym for your convenience.
In addition to the poolside restaurant and gym, our Beachwalk Resort Hallandale also features a 24/7 reception desk where our friendly front desk staff will provide you with a key card for accessing your room, elevator, gym, and pool. We also offer parking options at an additional cost, either self-parking or valet service for guests who wish to use it.
Additionally, guests will have free access to the gym, lobby pool (private or shared), and the beach, which is located less than 5 minutes from the building.
Please note that the rooftop pool is only for owners and is currently unavailable for guests. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine.

Other things to note
THE HOUSE RULES:
• NO SMOKING POLICY : Please refrain from smoking inside the apartments and common areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $200.
• MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: the maximum number of guests allowed in each unit is as stated in the reservation. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
• NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Respect your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise that may disturb other guests. Please keep quiet especially during nighttime hours.
• EVENT PROHIBITION: Parties or events are not allowed in the units or common areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $175.
• TOILET: It is important not to flush paper, intimate towels, wipes, or other products down the toilet as it can clog the pipes, causing serious and costly problems. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $150.
• TRASH: Please dispose of garbage in the designated trash room next to the elevators. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $60.
• BALCONIES: Do not leave balcony doors open for extended periods of time.
• SMOKE DETECTORS: Do not touch the smoke detectors. Any damage to these devices will result in a fine.
• POOL TOWELS: Pool towels will be provided for your use. Please return them where you found them
• USE OF HOUSEHOLD ÍTEMS: The household items inside the units are available for your use during your stay. Please do not take any furniture or tableware outside of the unit.
• FURNITURE AND LINENS: Any damage or stains to the furniture, facilities or linens in the unit will result in a fine, the amount of which will depend on the damage caused.
• TV: If you encounter any issues with the TV system, please contact front desk for assistance. If you wish to use HDMI cables in a different way, please leave everything as you found it.
*The failure to comply with the house rules can bring negative consequences, such as fines and additional charges
USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
• Please note that the complex reserves the right to admit or remove guests at their discretion, and we reserve the right to expel anyone who violates the building's rules. In the event of expulsion, we cannot be held liable and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding
• Treat the apartment as your own home. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it is a private unit.
• We provide dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and bathroom amenities, as well as coffee, sugar, tea, and milk capsules for your convenience upon arrival. However, please remember to bring your own toiletries like shampoo, soap, and extra toilet paper. Don't worry, there are several shops located within walking distance to meet your needs
• We offer a PACK AND PLAY upon request for an additional fee of $30. Please note that the sheet, blanket, and pillow for the baby are not included.
• CHECK-IN: 4 PM, CHECK-OUT: 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available for a fee. Contact us for details. $75 fine for late check-out without notice.
• The rate includes departure cleaning. Extra cleaning fee applies for excessive mess. This is a private unit WITHOUT DAILY CLEANING OR HOTEL SERVICES.
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED on the unit. However, if you have an emotional support animal, please provide the necessary documentation through the vrbo chat. If the animal is not a certified emotional support animal or if documentation is not provided, a $200 fine will be imposed. Additionally, if your pet causes damage to the property, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs, which will be requested.

Due to new hotel licensing regulations required by the city of Hallandale, the Beachwalk Resort will begin applying a daily resort fee of 30 USD + TAX for all new bookings made after October 21, 2024. This fee is intended to enhance our guest experience by ensuring improved services and facility maintenance. Reservations made before October 21, 2024, will not be subject to this fee, but any bookings made after that date will be charged accordingly.
At check-in, the front desk requires a credit card for a refundable $250 deposit from the building
