WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!! STEPS TO THE OCEAN! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current!

THERE IS SOME CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AROUND US. THEY ARE CLOSE TO COMPLETION, BUT THERE MAY BE NOISE FROM TIME TO TIME


A more private 4 story Beachfront Complex here at ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO BEACH
CHECKIN TIME 4PM CHECKOUT TIME by 11 Am

We are Located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach 33062 . We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. This condo is a 1 bedroom 400 sq. ft with a full kitchen. It sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 small children comfortably.

It has a queen size bed with a very nice Serta memory foam mattress & a full size futon/sofa bed in the living room. All linens provided. There is a tv in the bedroom & a tv in the living room with separate cable boxes. We have wifi too!
The condo has a blender, toaster, coffeemaker, iron/board, hair dryer, and beach towels,
A beach themed, Very clean & well kept condo WITH EVERYTHING you need for a perfect stay at the beach! You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. WE DO NOT RENT TO SPRING BREAKERS. Pictures of this condo are exactly as it appears!
This unit is on the 2nd floor. We do have an elevator. Each condo has a Free parking space in front of the building too!

The pool is heated and steps down to the beach where there is a great picnic area with 2 grills, tables, loungers, umbrella, and chairs. There is also a laundry room located on your floor. We supply laundry detergent.
Once you stay at Atlantic Terrace, we know you will want to come back again! We have so many guests who come back every year.

All condo units are non smoking. Each condo has 1 parking space next to building, we are sorry, but there are no additional parking space for visitors. For the comfort of all of our guests, Atlantic Terrace DOES NOT allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for our guests staying only.


There is a 4 person maximum to this unit per Pompano Beach Fire code.

Tiny hold-out among high rises
This was a great little condo for a long weekend. Building is located on the beach, nice clean pool and private beach area. The mattress is very soft and has to be up against a wall on one side because the bedroom is so small. Also the construction next door was quite loud, especially early Friday morning.

Great place! Right on the beach and so quiet.
The construction was a non issue for us. We loved the stay and right on the beach. It was a peaceful quiet location. Pool was great and room was perfect for a quick getaway.

We stayed for a long weejend. My 3 teenage boys enjoyed the pool and the location on the beach. Wifi was good and condo was clean. We had a quick response from the property manager when needed. Overall a convenient location and good stay.

It was perfect.
It was just a quick last minute getcaway for a few days and we were lucky to find anything available. So pleasantly surprised. Convenient location. We were warned there was major building construction next door but even that wasn't bad.

Loved Pompano Beach
I had a great time visiting Pompano Beach! I loved my stay! I thought everything was exactly like it was explained! I loved that I wasnt at a big resorts, you were 10 steps away from your toes in the sand, laundry on site, and everything you needed in the condo. I have no complaints at all and hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect getaway for two people
Upon entering the condo, you were welcomed by the clean-smelling, immaculate interior. Pool was clean and heated. Since most of the days were spent either at the beach or pool, this condo is a nice size for two adults.

Great stay
The place is summer cute and right on the beach! If you are looking to hang at the beach all day it’s perfect. I would say this place is meant more for a couple than having two or more people that wouldn’t normally share a bed. The place is very tiny and has an interesting layout. It is super cute though and the owner is amazing!

Holiday Beach vacation
Great location! Cute condo as advertised, at a great location. We enjoyed the beach daily as well as at night the convenience of many restaurants and shops within a short distance. Watching the fireworks on the beach was gorgeous!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The convenience of the beach being right there and having the pier walkable was great! Very friendly property manager who recommended a visit to the aquarium which both of my kids enjoyed. Thank you for an awesome place to stay!

So quaint
*This is a quaint little condo building amongst all the tall, un-intimate, hi-rises. The tenants and owners were all super friendly. Terri is very personable, professional, and takes any concerns seriously. Steve, the custodian, was friendly and accommodating. Condo # 8 was small but adorable. It has most everything you'd need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen provides the amenities to stock your own groceries and cook, should that be your choice. Although this building is ocean front, there is a bit of a walk to the main beach area and water's edge. There were a few quirky malfunctions in the condo, but nothing that would ruin the stay. *If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we were told that it was not even10 steps to the pool and beach. It is only steps to the pool and the SAND but I wouldn't say steps to the beach! That being said, we did not anticipate having to walk a block and a half in the soft sand and around dunes to get to the main beach, close to the ocean's edge. This would not be a problem for most but, unfortunately, my friend is handicapped and it was too much of a chore to make the hike carrying chairs, drinks, etc. We only attempted and managed to visit the beach twice. The other issue we had was the living area TV did not work until it was replaced and set up the day before we left. *For a couple or even a small family this would be an affordable option. I would not recommend this for anyone with walking issues.
