The Space:

You'll first see a spacious living room with a large, comfy sectional couch facing a T.V. Built-in floor-to-ceiling cabinets are decorated with tropical, beachy trinkets. The open-concept common area blends the living room and kitchen areas, ideal for conversation and quality time with your group. The large bay window brightens up the space, welcoming you in.
The large kitchen island doubles as a great seating area with four bar seats. Whip up a delicious meal in the upgraded kitchen equipped with all the necessities, and then serve it on the island! Or choose to serve it at the circular dining table, which sits six.
Located next to the dining area is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. This bedroom includes a desk ideal for remote-working, a T.V, and access to the extra large laundry room with a sink and storage space. From the laundry room, you'll have access to the compact garage for storage.
The other two bedrooms can be found on the left side of the home. The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, a T.V, and a walk-in closet with abundant storage space. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bathroom.
Across from the primary bedroom is a hallway bathroom. The blue accents make give it a nautical touch, and the shower/tub combination makes this bathroom practical and convenient for kids and adults.
Next to the hallway bathroom is the third bedroom, a full-size bed with a twin trundle pull-out.
If you and your group are looking to enjoy the beautiful South Florida sun, look no further than in your home-away-from-home! Open the beautiful french doors in the kitchen out to an enclosed screened-in patio space that has seating for the whole group, plus a marble table if you'd like to enjoy lunch al fresco. The pass-through kitchen window out to the patio makes serving a meal outside easy! The newly installed astroturf backyard is surrounded by trees and makes for the perfect spot to grill. Throw a frisbee, get some sun while reading and lounging, or just enjoy the view from the shade!
Neighborhood Overview:
This home is located less than a 10-minute drive away from Deerfield Beach, the award-winning “Blue Wave” beach known for its excellent water quality, beach conditions, safety, and habitat conservation policies. So if you're looking to experience South Florida's stunning beaches without the crowds, Deerfield Beach is perfect for you!
Deerfield Beach is also home to Quiet Waters Park, which offers over 400 acres of amenities and adventures. Picnic areas, campgrounds with tent rentals, fishing, a skate park, and the longest cable ski courses in the nation!
Deerfield Island Park is less than 10 minutes away. This island preserve features mangrove swamps and beautiful tropical nature trails. Visit over the weekend by boat shuttle, and make sure to take pictures of the wildlife!
The Deerfield Beach boardwalk offers a beautiful relaxing stroll at any time of day. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, shops, and bars!
As for dining, be sure to enjoy a dinner overlooking the water at JB's on the Beach. Pick from a menu of seafood, steaks, and more--but also check out the happy hour drink menu! For an extra convenient location, drive less than 5 minutes to Baja Cafe for Mexican cuisine. Baja Cafe has over 300 types of tequilas to choose from!
This home is less than half an hour away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 45 minutes from Miami International Airport.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is not pet friendly. The owner has an extreme allergy.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
EV Charging
Please note that this property is not equipped for electric vehicles, and we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing them onto the premises. Any unauthorized use of electric vehicle charging facilities may result in additional charges and could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own
Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
