Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool,BBQ Grill, balcony, Wi-Fi, limited parking (5 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around the home is a residential area with a mix of single-family homes and multi-family units. There are also a few businesses in the area, including a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a bank. The neighborhood is close to the beach and has several parks and playgrounds.

**The payment of an additional $1,000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If you book within 7 days, the security deposit will be $1,500. If the booking is for local residents and if you book within 7 days the security deposit will be $2,000. **

(Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.)

***There is a small fee to have the pool heated.***
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
