After a long day of sightseeing or working, come relax in the living room and watch a movie on the huge 75" inches flatscreen smart tv. All 4 bedrooms also have flat-screen smart TVs so that you can watch movies or your favorite tv show was you rest up from a long day at the beach.
There are four bedrooms, all with quality linens.
-The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with its own bathroom.
-The second Master has two full-size beds with also a bathroom en-suite.
- The 3rd bedroom has two full-size beds.
- The 4th has a queen-size bed.
There are 3 full bathrooms all equipped with modern showers and fixtures.
High-speed Wifi, central A/C, and a massive laundry with washer and dryer, all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!
Guest will be able to access the property via the electronic door lock for which the code will be provided the day of move-in.
- Code is changed out after each guest for security purposes.
Guests can reach out to the Stay Today team to for any inquiries, questions or issues that may arise from 9AM until 9PM. Additionally, the building front desk is always happy and available to assist at the main lobby 24/7.
Any calls/messages after 9:00PM will be answered the following morning during regular business hours.
- After booking guest will be asked:
1. Sign additional rental agreement and liability waiver.
2. Provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants.
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate this rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.
- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be scheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner.
On a final note. Insects, by far, are the most common creatures on our planet and the sunshine state is home to many of them. And yes, we have scheduled pest control services regularly to mitigate their presence.

!! ONLY 2 CARS CAN BE PARKED AT THE DRIVEWAY (Vacation rental state law, $2500 ticket for violation).
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest chooses to smoke inside the house.
- The guest shall use the Villa for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
The house is equipped with noise detectors.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- The Villa may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. The amount of occupants in the Villa is constantly monitored by our exterior cameras.
- We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.
- Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
