"Cassie was extremely responsive and accommodating and she takes pride in the Collier Hotel property. It is clean, comfortable, and neat. All of us appreciate older architecture so we had that added bonus. We used the kitchen a lot as well as the dining area.The separate living room contributed to our enjoyment and especially that of the kids (ages 9-20). "Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty."

"The ranch is beautiful!! Douglas and his wife were so welcoming and wanted to ensure our 6 year old had as wonderful of a time as we did. The cottage was clean and had ample supplies for cooking our meals. We felt very safe and it was so quiet and peaceful. Our son enjoyed the pool and feeding the animals. Thank you so much for everything!"

"We loved our short stay at this rental. The lack of wifi and limited service meant that we put down our phones and spent some real quality time together. We read books and mountain-gazed from the back porch. The house is definitely quirky, but not in a way that is unexpected for the area and we appreciated all of it’s unique details. We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect respite from the social overstimulation of a large celebration."

"Perfect stay for our small family reunion, with a nice fenced backyard for the dogs. Comfortable space, well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking items and a grill on the deck outside. Good location for a quiet getaway with a great view of the stars; we could see the Milky Way!"

"We loved it here ! Cute private cabin 1950’s style . Drank our morning beverage on the balcony . The Klamath River is right down the hill. Could use a coffee maker , but it does have an a tea kettle . We need you to adopt us so we can stay longer ! , said my boyfriend . 😆😊"

"My wife, two daughters, 15/11, our dog Sausage and I stayed recently for a week. The cabin was comfortable with plenty of space from any neighbors. A short walk brings you to the beautiful Klamath river with a great beach for the kids. There is plenty of wildlife and cute guard dogs and the property is so quiet and relaxed. Lots to do nearby, the Salmon river is pristine and the coast is just a scenic drive away too. Thanks Blythe and Mark. You made our summer."
