The home features a light-filled living area with a free-standing bar, a family-friendly recreation area with a full-sized foosball table and a laptop-friendly workspace with a computer monitor and printer. You will love being able to use the two complimentary cruiser bikes to hop downtown, tour local breweries and explore the extensive trails and quaint neighborhoods of Old Town.

During your stay, you’ll love that you can walk or ride your bike to everything Old Town has to offer, enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries or explore the local trail systems and natural areas. Be sure to grab one of two Huffy cruiser bikes to take a ride on the Poudre River Trail or visit the Old Town Farmers Market for some fresh produce and local farm-raised beef. Then come back to enjoy the lush courtyard and a glass of wine as you spark up the gas grill and wind down for the evening. Or discover the remarkable tastes of Fort Collins and try one of the many amazing restaurants nearby!

BATHROOMS: Full bathroom on main level, hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace with a monitor (VGA and HDMI connections), black and white laser WiFi printer and a USB keyboard mouse

LOCATION: This home is conveniently located on Mulberry Street and Riverside, giving you easy access to the entire city including I-25, Old Town, and CSU. Please note that this home is near a relatively busy intersection.

Community Hours 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

PAST GUEST REVIEWS:
The house was much bigger than I was expecting. Plenty of space, very clean. It’s close to plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, just a few blocks away, so you don’t have to worry about finding/paying for a parking spot. Stayed here with a few friends and we all had a great time.

You will absolutely love Mulberry Place! Great layout for a family or small gathering of any type. Close to town and there are bikes to use to get there if you don’t want to walk or drive. Easy access to the highway and not far from Horsetooth Reservoir (a must see!)
