Built in 1884 and thoughtfully remodeled in 2016, this historical Fort Bragg home perfectly blends the comforts of modern life with the Victorian charm of the old Northern California Coast. This beautiful landmark home sits mere steps from the beach at MacKerricher State Park, offering four lovely bedrooms (including two main bedroom suites), and one detached studio with standalone shower, an expansive deck with a private gas grill, Smart TVs in each room, and a renovated kitchen with custom cabinetry reclaimed from the redwood that adorned the original house.

This home is located on the iconic California Highway 1, directly adjacent to MacKerricher State Park and a three-minute walk from the ocean beach. The heart of downtown Fort Bragg is a three-mile drive south, allowing you to easily reach an assortment of wonderful restaurants, the North Coast Brewing Taproom, the Skunk Train, and the colorful shores of Glass Beach. Book a horseback ride on the beach with Ricochet Ridge Ranch right across the street, and end the afternoon with a margarita at The Purple Rose just down the road.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
