As you step into this beautiful A-Frame built by Zook Cabins, you are greeted with the smell of fresh wood and a beautiful design. Our home was crafted with attention to detail to ensure that your stay blows your vacation expectations out of the water! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the comfort of the front porch, while the kids run around the property. Then, spend days on the private lake, or tubing in the river. Lastly, end the night with a cook-out over the grill, and s'more around the fire. Don't forget to take a stroll to your private lake! Just over a mile down the gravel logging road you will find the most tranquil setting around the small lake. A canoe is provided for guests to use and you can bring your own fishing gear to use here as well! There are beavers that frequent the lake as well. It's fun to spend an afternoon down here with a picnic and open schedule ;)

Please Note:

1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. Life jackets and paddles are found in the laundry room. Swimming is at your own risk!

5. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay with us!
