"Stravithie castle is an opportunity to experience something quite unique and special.
The welcome included a brief tour of David’s home and interesting information about the previous owners. This was in addition to being shown our own accommodation which was spacious and comfortable.
David’s dog was a most welcoming host too!

"This hotel is.....a Fairmont hotel after all. You will have a very spacious room, all the amenties you can imagine (including nespresso capsules in your room) and a wonderful bathroom where you can relax from your day. Not to mention the spa, of course.
The breakfast is..... perfect for all tastes. There is a station just for omelets (made to your liking), among meats, pastries, muffins, yogurt and anything else you can think of. For dinner, there are 3 different choices (and reservations are...

I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. "The room was nice other than being on the 3rd floor with no elevator and two twin beds instead of a king. The check in is different, you go to the pub next door and they check you in and the young man carried our bags up and down the stairs. The area is perfect and the pub is a great place to hangout after a round. "
