"This large river home is full of character and has everything you need in kitchen and laundry room. Location is wonderful, beautiful yard, private beach and canoe. Only complaints are the spa was out of order and it was a big reason we picked this property. Also the pull out sofa which is included as a bed for 2 was very old and had thin mattress so no one slept on it. Luckily we brought an air mattress. The bathroom upstairs only has a tub, toilet and sink, no shower. "

"Stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary. We loved it. Close to town and Bodega Head trails was breathtaking. We loved the hot tub! The views of the sunset and stars while enjoying the spa were worth the trip. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with spectacular views, this is the spot!!!"

"This property was amazing from top to bottom and had everything you could ask for. Gym, tennis court, bocci ball court, sauna, steam, movie room oh and let’s not forget your own wine cave! We had a chef come one night and we did dinner in the cave and it was amazing! I would recommend this property to anybody, it reminded me of sitting in Tuscany with the view we had! "

"We had an amazing time here! So much so we're hoping to reserve it again with a few other friends to enjoy. Host was very quick to respond to any issues. The game console was great as was the game room downstairs. The online manual wasn't sent to us, but the host sent it immediately upon request and was very informative and up-to-date. "The home is very well equipped for those traveling with dogs, but we did not. Also given that it is dog friendly, I'd say the house was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped especially if you want to bake, and the beds were comfortable. Location was a little difficult to find because we arrived at night but we managed. It's a great spot if you are exploring the area and just need a home base, but nothing special. Hot tub was nice during the day surrounded by trees but was difficult to figure...

"We had the best time at this cute rental property. It was comfortable, cute and felt private. This place is perfect for a group and is equipped with anything you might need. We cooked in the kitchen one evening and were in a good spot to tour Healdsburg one day and wineries in Sonoma the next. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. "

" If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet getaway in the woods, this is it. We enjoyed a three day getaway with our 1 yr old granddaughter and had a blast at the home and surrounding area…and so did our little dog who loved exploring the fenced yard. Big screen tv, good wifi, convenient in-suite laundry facilities, comfy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen… all made for a very enjoyable stay."
