"We always enjoy our time at this cabin. They have all the basic needs you could need during a trip. This year there was a power outage because of a storm and it didn't take long to find the candles with matches laying right next to them. They really think of everything!"

"This place was just perfect for our stay, I had me and my family come up to payson for a softball that i was in and the area couldn't be any more perfect (literally 6min drive to park). The owner also came by with amazing tasting cooking as my kids devoured. Haha. I would definitely be looking for this place again as me and my family are there every year. "We celebrated my 6 year olds birthday and it was a great time! She loved the tree house and the neighbor across put apples out for the Elk and cows to come through. The whole family enjoyed sitting out on the deck just star watching and enjoying family time! Highly recommend!"

"Great house, and process was very easy getting in and out. Kitchen is well outfitted, although we prefer stainless for healthy cooking, it had mostly teflon pots and pans. A french press coffee maker is a nice touch. There are heavy oil stains in garage, that are not a big deal other than being a concern in the rental agreement. Stay could be made better with shampoo/conditioner/body lotion in bathrooms."

"We have no complaints about the property itself. Also there were no problems with neighbors. However the property next door to the east is very poorly maintained. There were several cars and car parts strewn all over the front yard and the property itself looks run down. Also the police showed up to the property one evening during our stay. That does not make one feel very safe. But again we had no interaction with those neighbors. a"
