"This was a marvelous cottage in a beautiful and quiet location between the ocean and Guerneville. There were even restaurants just down the road. The place was clean, comfortable, attractive, and well supplied. The space was roomy and bright. We didn't use the wonderful deck much because of the weather, but we enjoyed the hot tub looking up at the redwoods. We would highly recommend this property and would happily return!"

"The home is very well equipped for those traveling with dogs, but we did not. Also given that it is dog friendly, I'd say the house was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped especially if you want to bake, and the beds were comfortable. Location was a little difficult to find because we arrived at night but we managed. "Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is situated in a prime location, close to the river and nestled among tall trees. We were thrilled to find everything impeccably clean and welcoming. Lexi, the owner, reached out to check on us and had thoughtfully prepared a guest book filled with great suggestions for dining and activities in the area. The hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind and relax at the end of each day. We will definitely be returning! "
