The laundry closet is found down the hallway next to the second bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a full private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a Queen bed and access to the third full bathroom, which can also be accessed via the kitchen area.

No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hour on-call maintenance services.
