I usually stay oceanfront, but this house was so much better than any oceanfront property we stayed at. Lastly, Kate, was absolutely the best with communication of any VRBO rental we ever had. "Perfect location with easy walk to the beach and town. Well appointed cabin with lots of homey touches. We did not have to purchase or bring any basic supplies which was much appreciated. We had such a great time with our grandkids and 10/10 hope to stay here again. "

As many other reviewers noted, it is very well equipped with lots of kitchen items, beach chairs and beach toys…there were many kitchen items I was pleasantly surprised to find at a beach house! The outdoor spaces are fantastic, and we were almost always on the covered outdoor deck or screened in porch. Access to the beach is so close and easy. It’s amazing to have a yard too (there were tons of beautiful butterflies flying in the yard!). The property manager was...

"Home is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location on the beach. It is so well decorated, comfortable with very high quality furnishings. The outdoor patios are right on the sand so it is extremely easy to get onto the beach. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The views from the balconies can’t be beat! There are a lot of stairs between each floor. We loved out stay! "

"Location was amazing with mere steps to the beach. This end of Folly island isnt nearly as busy which is precisely what I wanted. The deck and clam shell chair were so comfy. The only complaint I have is the luxury kitchen with amazing view…it was SO nice I never went out to eat. Top of the line appliances and amazing view..cant be topped. "

Cozy, charming, and comfortable with all the amenities, literally a 3 minute walk to the ocean, and pet friendly, the Love Shack is our favorite vacation spot in Folly Beach. Our golden retriever loves the fenced back yard and we love the short trip to Center Street for great food and casual, pet-friendly dining experiences. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, updated furnishings plus a great deck for listening to...
