"Lovely suites in a central location close to the old port with lots of great restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Plunge pool on the roof and comfortable beds. Rooms are immaculate and have everything you need for a great stay. Will visit again."

"Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"

"Really great villa - absolutely huge, spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. Swing and trampoline perfect for the kids. Host left breakfast stuff for us when we arrived and brought us a cake when they came to clean the pool, which was a lovely touch. There are limited amenities in Simou (the nearest village) so a car is essential. Well-stocked smaller shops in Giolou and good supermarkets in Polis / Paphos. Latchi and Akamas peninsular very close. Highly recommended!"

"What an amazing and new place to stay! There is still construction going on but everything was perfect! The only thing I would change is blackout curtains in the bedroom vs the sheer ones that we had. You do need a car to get around, not many taxis are in the area. There are 2 pools, beautiful, clean and big! The coffee shop had really good food and coffee too! Quiet at night which is what we liked. Will def be coming back next year and can’t wait to see it all finished. I had groceries...

"La communication de départ n'a pas été au rendez-vous et nous à obliger à prendre une chambre d'hôtel à coté pour passer la première nuit... La suite à bien été géré et la première nuit remboursée. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle était en rénovation (début juin) et nous n'avons pas eu cette information avant la réservation. Heureusement l'emplacement de la plage est juste à coté et la température de l'eau été très bonne. La salle de musculation est anecdotique car tous les...

"Fantastic villa which is a short walk from the beach and several good tavernas. Lovely well maintained property and pool, WiFi and plenty of room for everyone to find space of their own. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and welcome pack was most welcome. Supermarket near by as well as the best dive school on the planet. "Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day. "

"La villa est parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. Un peu éloignée de la mer (30 à 40 minutes environ), mais on profite ainsi de calme, et la piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Et les montagnes sont assez proches également. Si je devais retourner à Chypre, je retournerais très probablement à cet en droit :)"

"We have stopped in these villas before and like on my last review we knew that the villas are only basic which is reflected in the price . You couldnt ask for a nice owner and thats why i dont really want to write this review but i am on hoping channges will be made to encourage people to go back year after year . This time we found there to be no cleaner for the villa and the villa needs a good clean and update the furniture and fittings are tired and old and there is also a smell when you walk...

"This villa was everything we needed. It was only about 30mins drive from airport, 30 mins to Adonis waterfalls, 40 mins to Limassol and 1.5hrs to North Cyprus. The villa it's self was so quite and peaceful. It offered all the amenities we needed and the pool was perfect. Plenty places to sit and relax, including the roof top terrace which had amazing views. We may visit again in the near future as we just couldn't fault the villa or the host."
