"Our stay was great. The property was everything the listing said it was. The owner was also very easy to deal with. If we ever needed a property, this big again I would definitely stay there again. We came down for a baseball tournament and the whole team was able to stay very comfortably. Very nice place and would recommend it"

"My daughter and I really enjoyed the cozy cabin. The weather was extremely hot during our stay. We would recommend installing window screens upstairs so we can open the windows for cool air at night. Additionally, we couldn't get the ceiling lights to stay on; they kept flickering on and off. We suspect the hot weather might have been a factor. As a suggestion, perhaps having one or two lamps in addition to using the ceiling lights could be helpful. "We found our room to be as advertised. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, quite spacious, and walking distance to everything in Cooperstown. We made good use of the little wet bar and microwave to have breakfast in the room and loved the size of the fridge. We had zero problems during our short stay, appreciated the free parking, and would absolutely stay again. "Great location for visiting Cooperstown. Centrally located and in walking distance of the Baseball Hall of Fame and shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept. Parking was very convenient off the street so you didn't have to worry about looking fo parking if you left the area. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent place - super clean and comfortable with every amenity possible. Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice quality, and soaps and shampoos provided. We stayed there once before, and we enjoyed it greatly so we returned. It’s about a 25 minute pleasant drive to Cooperstown from there. It was close enough that we drove back and forth to shower and change for dinner after the day’s activities.a few times.."

"The house was clean and as-advertised (probably even nicer/more updated than I expected). The AC units kept it cool, the kitchen had everything we needed, and best of all it is only about 5 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park in one direction and the downtown/Hall of Fame in the other."
