"We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. "I arrived at the property to find trash across the lawn and porch, no lock on the door, and a complete lack of communication from the host. I wasn't able to enter the location and was stuck in the city without lodging for the weekend. 1 star is generous. If there was an option for lower, we'd be there."

"After the slight hiccup at arrival. It was a very nice and quiet place to unwind. "

"Yes this property isn't in the best area, but the house itself is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The fire pit is nice and they even have a s'mores kit! There are games, balls and a hula hoop for the kids. We stayed here to see Beyonce in Chicago and we'd do it again. Even had a free parkpass to get to the beaches l. It's a 10/10"

"Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. "

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked to provide a deposit of USD 50.00, with the promise that the amount would be refunded within 3 days after my departure. However, 15 days have already passed and the hotel has not yet fulfilled its obligation. This lack of responsibility and respect for guests is unacceptable and led me to question the hotel's integrity and credibility. It is essential that guests are treated with respect and transparency, and that promises are kept. I would like to warn other users not to use the services of this hotel. The lack of responsibility and respect for guests can cause problems and inconvenience, and it is essential that guests are aware of this before making a reservation. I hope that the hotel will take measures to correct this situation and improve its attitude towards guests. Until then, I cannot recommend the services of this hotel."

"Fiquei hospedado durante aproximadamente uma semana. O café da manhã é ben razoável, o hotel é organizado e possui shuttle até o aeroporto de Midway que passa de 15 em 15 minutos. Infelizmente não possui Shuttle até o O Hare. O quarto era bom, cama boa, espaço muito bom, otimo banheiro com bamheira e uma TV ok."
