Beautiful apartment, 200 meters from the beach, consisting of two suites, one with a double bed, a single bed and air conditioning, and the other with two single beds and air conditioning, social bathroom, balcony with barbecue and sink, full kitchen, service area with washing machine. It has a parking space, has wi-fi and cable TV.

The apartment is furnished, decorated and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort.

The linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request them in advance.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people.

Equipped with 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 extra bed. We do not work with extra mattresses.

We are a seasonal property management company; there are NO hotel services such as breakfast, linens, amenities or replacement of materials.

Cleaning of the space with linen change is by prior appointment and for a fee.

Check-out time is 08:00 to 12:00. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

EXTRA FEE! The contract must be paid off and the property must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
