"No frills accommodation but perfectly equipped for a short stay. Room share a bathroom on a 1:3 ratio approximately and this wasnt an issue for my stay. Host is lovely and very attentitive. These rooms suitable contractors or anyone looking for a solid base to visit the nearby area. Walking distance to local shop, pub and a few chinese takeaways. Area is quiet, bar the seagulls, but for me the rooms are perfect. Clean, tidy and everything you would need. Multiple improvements still...

"Excellent location, warm welcome. Very comfortable night’s sleep. Lovely breakfast to set me up for the day. Highlight was the coffee machine in the room. Best cup of coffee I’ve ever made in a hotel room."

"Staff were very helpful and pleasant on arrival , also throughout our stay The accommodation was fantastic, very clean and everything thought about! It was a bonus to have breakfast which was beautifully cooked Facilities was too much for our overnight stay , but will be going back x"

"This was such a beautiful cottage hotel. The food was excellent. I had the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had. The village has more shopping than you'd expect. It's definitely worth the short drive off the beaten path. And of course it's a filming location for Outlander which makes it extra special. "
