"The hotel is very new next to the new stadium sports complex which is one year old. There was some problems with the shower door and safe but the staff quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast and room service were very good. The shower has excellent strong water pressure and air cons work very well. You have to get a taxi into the centre of stone town which will cost you USD15 each way, but it is worth for the convenience of being away from the hustle and bustle - it was peaceful. "

"Hotel antigo com mobiliário antigo. Muito brm localizado na parte velha e barcos. Staff letargico e pouco ptofissional. Piscina sem sol só para dar um mergulho. Elevador. Pouxa gente e mas traseiras k nosso quarto era enorme e sossegado. Cuidado com as camas super altas e pequena para quem tem mais de 1.80"

"Top notch, wonderful experience! Grounds are gorgeous and creative! Everyone there is helpful and friendly. Loved the room and the fact it had an outdoor shower! Food was delish and fresh. I could go on and on! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!"

"We had the best stay ever! And we have been to a number of other resorts during a few longer periods of both work & holiday in Zanzibar. SeVi is definetly the Number One place we have visited. (Also of other places in world!) The atmosphere, the bungalows - and the surroundings both by the pool and restaurant. Stunning!! So nice, clean and quiet. And - the wonderfull people in the staff! "I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...
