"We stayed here for a weekend for our annual sisters trip. The booking was smooth, instructions were clear, and the cottage had everything we needed. Since it was February, we appreciated all of the cozy blankets and pillows for our use. You can tell that the Bickle sisters put a lot of effort into making sure you have a fantastic experience."

"We enjoyed our stay , the host is great communicator , very accommodating with our requests. We are definitely coming back and hoping to stay longer this time . This will be our place to stay of choice every time we plan a trip to Canada."

"JANE, EVERYONE ENJOYED YOUR LOVELY HOME....THE ACCOMODATIONS WERE PERFECT FOR US...THE PROPERTY WAS GREAT FOR THE YOUNG GIRLS....WE DID TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EMILY PARK....GOOD SWIMMING AND PLAYGROUND (AND STORE) VERY CLOSE BY WE ENJOYED THE PROPERTY SO MUCH WE WILL LIKELY TRY TO DUPLICATE THIS WEEK DURING 2025....MAY I CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY ABOUT THAT POSSIBILITY??"

"There were a few things missing such as tea, towels, and dish cloths and a broom and dust pan but other than that everything was on hand and the shower was great! Nice and private as well."

"We were excited about our stay at Rice Lake! But the house had a few problems and it made our stay less enjoyable. The small A/C unit is located in the living room area and not in the bedrooms. So every night was hot, and unable to cool the rooms properly. Second problem was the washer failed on the 2nd day of our stay and the owners did not fix the problem. They sent out someone to tell us they're working on purchasing a new washer but this forced us to go to the another laundry. It also...

"House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...
