"We booked this escape as a 1/2 way point between family in NJ and MA and what a hidden gem it is! Dog friendly was a priority, but the magic of this place was a welcomed surprise. All weekend we commented on wishing we stayed longer and that we must come back to really enjoy the property and cozy feel that warms the soul! The cabin is meticulously maintained and it is very clear that the family loves their home away from home! Can’t wait to return!!"

"This house is adorable and was perfect for our stay over a camp visiting day weekend. Our teenage son loved the loft area. The house is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. While there was not any air conditioning, even in the middle of summer the Berkshires cool down at night so we were very comfortable during our stay. We did not have an opportunity to use the hot tub - but a nice addition. This house is located about a block from the lake and we walked down and were able...

"Our stay was so easy.Everything was exactly as it’s listed. Kelly was there to greet us and always available with a place to eat or facts about the area. The cabin was a perfect stop along our longer journey and was such a gem away from our usual city-life. We relaxed on the dock, kayaked, and enjoyed some much needed relaxation. I would 100% stay again."

"House was clean and comfortably furnished. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and it was an overall good time. Only Issues were that the drive and walk ways were hidden in the snow and the house did not hold heat well "

"The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon."

"Very nice place to stay for our 3 day hike on the AT. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. It has an even better restaurant on top (you need reservations) and is right on the Appalachian Trail so you will meet all sorts on...

"This is our 2nd stay and we love it just as much as the first time "

"Very comfortable, nicely decorated oasis in the woods! Lovely space for cooking and indoor or outdoor dining. Loved being so close to Jacob’s Pillow Dance Center. The property manager wasvery helpful when needed. Must be lovely also in winter!"

"A group of 10 friends (we are in out 40's) and I stayed here for a yearly gathering that we do. Every person was amazed at the rental. It was warm, clean, inviting and the kitchen jad everything that i needed to feed 10 people over the weekend.The game room was amazing and kept the group active indoors. It had a beautiful fireplace and wood stove. The adjacent room had a dining table, another wood stove and some very thoughtful items in a welcome basket. Next to that was the kitchen/living...

"Great location. 5 min to Great Barrington, 15 to Lenox and walkable to the Appalachian Trail. House was clean and properties managers were attentive and responsive. I would definitely use it again if up in that area. "
