"Believe all the 5 star reviews. Hard to complain about anything with this place. Great location and layout. Modern and spacious with well equipped kitchen, really nice outside patio and spa (we did not use pool). Awesome sunset views. Pics are accurate.Only minor complaint is that the media room lights should be on a dimmer. And for a while I thought I might be able to complain that the steak knives weren't very sharp, but then realized the knife block had a built in sharpener :-). Highly...

"COLD, heater would no heat the house past 64 degrees. in the mornings it was 63 and 61 degrees. how would you like it?."

"Soccer team tournament. Excellent location to soccer complex (12 min). We were 14 people parents of 5 (17-18 yo) girls. The bathroom situation was a little tight- the only en-suite is in master bedroom located on main floor; one full bathroom on 2nd floor where there were 4 bedrooms. 3rd shower located on main floor in the mud room off the garage. We are all close families so we made it work. Lots of sleeping space in bedrooms. "

"The layout of the house was great for our multi-generational family stay. The house is near a dairy farm that smells pretty bad most of the time which limited our time outside. As for the inside of the house, it could definitely use some TLC. Lots of dings, dents and wear and tear. The master shower had mold, the fireplace mantel looked as if it had been ripped off and the kitchen was very unorganized. The main living room was furnished nicely and the carpet was new and clean."

"This property was fantastic for us. Everywhere was in perfect working order and the place was very clean. Communications with the property manager were all smooth. Plenty of basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels etc. and all were good quality as well. Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Two couples had plenty of room and plenty of fun at this get-away home!!! We worked with the owners to insure the pool and hot tub would be ready (warm enough) for January weather! There was a 40 per day price to that, but well worth it - the pool and spa are amazing! Inside was clean and spacious for the 4 of us - complete with a pool table/ping pong table! Communication was AMAZING and the pictures ARE what you get! We’d come back again - no questions asked! "
