Amazing views!
I stayed at this apartment for 30 days and enjoyed every minute! The views from every room were picturesque! Serena assisted with translation and coordination of our lost luggage from the airlines and saved the day as well as cleaning service and all coordination needed for my stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed and the washer/dryer worked great. The pictures don’t do it justice, more updates inside but they kept the original kitchen. Would definitely return! Keep in mind, there are steps or a hill to get to the entrance of the building. Worth it to justify gelato nightly.

A Beautiful Stay!
Our 4 days in Florence were absolutely spectacular...and to make everything even more perfect was our stay at this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect and close to everything. The views from the terraces were spectacular. The apartment itself was beautiful and roomy. And finally the communication from start to finish with Serena was seamless! Beautiful oasis after a busy day visiting sites
The views from the property are wonderful - a camera can’t capture how close the Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo are. Lovely bathroom, and comfortable bed. We loved dining looking at the lights come on all over Florence. Communication was easy. Thank you Serena for an unforgettable stay.

Phenomenal Property
Only able to stay for a couple nights but will definitely stay again whenever we return to Florence. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. LOTS of shopping just down the street but very quiet neighborhood. The check in process was very easy and the lift helps with getting the bags to the top. I had to put 4 stars for the “accuracy of online listing” but that was I my because they got rid of the hot tub. Overall this is maybe one of the best places I’ve stayed at on VRBO.

360 Views of Florence, With Duomo As The Star
Best VRBO experience by far. Huge, remodeled (except kitchen) apt. with tall ceilings, big, new windows to bring in the views and keep out the noise. You’ll want to spend much of your time outside on any of the three private terraces. Updated electrical and huge TV a bonus. Our only regret, was I made an error on date when I booked and we had 5 nights instead of 6, my mistake. I would recommend for a couple that can handle stairs and thresholds. There is a small elevator. This was no problem for us. I wish I could post pictures of the beautiful sunsets!

Although the property has spectacular views and quiet neighborhood, the pictures in the listing need to be updated. The kitchen is the only room, inside or outside, with accurate photos. There is nowhere to place luggage besides the floor. The description of the sleeping accommodations is not accurate, for there is only one king size bed which is vey comfortable, but no linens available for the sleeper sofa. Instructions for the washer/dryer in English would be much appreciated.

Pros: Some of the best views you’ll see Cute and quiet neighborhood Cons: Even though there are multiple pics showing a hot tub, there is NO HOT TUB. When communicating this, the maintenance person (not the owner) described that the hot tub is weather pending. This is not stated in the description, nor was it told to me by the owner. Eventually, the maintenance person I was messaging told me to “stop”. Communication was poor, waiting (at times), hours between responses.

Marvelous!
Absolutely amazing, jaw dropping views, from every room and outside on the multiple private patios. We had a wonderful two night stay in this beautiful apartment. Check in and out was so easy. There’s a lift to get to the top floor. Restaurants, shops, grocery, and all of the amazing Firenze sites are just outside. Bring your walking shoes and energy to hike, this is Italy after all! 😀 Last but not least, the apt has been renovated, and the pictures do not show it as of now, but it’s stunning and better than pictured.

Great spot in Florence
My wife and I had a great time. The apartments location is perfect steps away from the Pontiac yell and the Palazzo Pitti. Close to shops, restaurants and wine windows. The accommodations were perfect. If there was a problem, it was the mosquitoes. We couldn’t find where they were coming from. Views of the city from the penthouse were stunning. Thank you for allowing us access would definitely recommend.

The website was a little confusing on the number of beds. It is definitely a one bedroom with a double sleeper sofa only and there is no hot tub. The unit was clean but the outside terrace area had some small trash items not picked up, the view was so amazing that it didn’t really matter! The host responded quickly to our needs. The only thing a little disconcerting for us was the maintenance man came in several times with no notice to make repairs to the exterior plaster. We understand thru the apartment was the only way to the terrace but wish we had been warned. We thought we had b

Views Breathtaking but “New” Suite is terribly dated
We are a couple in our early 50’s from Toronto, Canada. This is our 3rd trip to Italy since 2018. The location of this property is great but it’s on a very steep hill. It advertises as “wheelchair accessible” & there is NO CHANCE that it is. A wheelchair could not fit through the door to the kitchen or bathroom, nor could a wheelchair get from the steep street into the actual building. The property while quaint and charming is terribly “dated”. Knob on stove missing, chunks & gouges in tub, bathroom countertops faded, cabinets in kitchen grimy & sticky. We knew ahead of time that the hot tub as shown in the pictures was no longer on the property so that wasn’t an issue for us but the listing really should be amended with those pictures removed. We ADORE Florence & will be back, but not to this “New Royal Suite”

Great location and clean.
When we booked places to stay for our trip to Italy, we were looking for great location, amenities, and outdoor space. This place was in a fantastic location, was clean, great outdoor space, however, it was advertised to have a spa tub/pool outside. When we arrived, we noticed immediately there wasn't one. When we asked the host about it, she stated that a previous guest had damaged it and it was being repaired. This may very well have been the case, however, my husband and I were looking forward to enjoying that during our stay in the evenings, as it was over 100 degrees while we were visiting. Again, everything was great, but it wasn't what was advertised, so that was a huge disappointment for us, that may not matter to others, I understand. You pay for something as advertised and it isn't what was provided. Otherwise, we had no complaints. We would stay here again.

Incredible Apartment and Wonderful Host
We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment in Florence. The host was very quick to respond to any and all questions, and was warm and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and clean and the outdoor areas are really lovely. After busy days in the city it was so wonderful to come home to the roof top deck with 360* views, and the lovely patio off the main living area. We would recommend this apartment and host to anyone visiting Florence - you’ll love it!
