This property boasts a spacious backyard with a firepit leading to a private 40-foot dock. Complimentary use of 4 kayaks, 4 adult and 3 kid's fishing poles. Huge deck overlooking the lake with two patio tables, one has a bug screen. The driveway has plenty of space for trailers so bring the boat and launch just down the road at Lake Emily Park and Campground. The water is clear with an almost zero grade entry into grassy/sandy water. Perfect for the kids to wade and swim.
Navigate 500 feet Northeast on County Road D, where the Florence County ATV/ Snowmobile Trails. The Florence County Blue Ox Trail Riders (Snowmobile Club) manage the trails in this area. We recommend joining their FB page or finding the map online to plan ahead! Eighty percent of Florence County is forested with miles of scenic trails to hike, bike, ATV, horseback ride, cross country ski, downhill ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Watercraft docking is allowed and at guest's owner risk
Water is approximately 2.5 feet deep at end of dock and is sandy Loam (sand/clay mixture) with some weeds
Shore is grassy with 2-3 feet deep water with sandy loam (sand/clay mixture) bottom
Provided:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
• Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
