"We had the best time! The house was great! Communication was amazing! Any time a text they got back with me super face! There were dolphins and manatees at the back porch. We were there for 7 days. Enjoyed every minute of it! And the neighbor did an amazing firework show for the 4th! "

Also, there are so many little "extras" in this place! If there was anything that you may have forgotten to pack, i would be willing to bet they have it there already. "The house was in a great spot with all of the amenities you can think of. We loved seeing manatees swim by everyday along with other wildlife. The backyard overlooking the river is where we spent most of our time. The chairs and umbrellas were perfect for lounging for us, and the kids spent a lot of time kayaking and exploring. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was great. "

And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. "

"Went down to Crystal River with a great friend to explore the fishing and scalloping on a last minute fishing trip. This place is perfect for two travelers. We each got our own room and shared the bathroom. There was enough room to park our truck and boat. Good location off of a main strip. Our host had great communication and even left some donuts for us during check in that came in handy when we were out on the water."

"Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one."

You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!"

"This property had TONS of space inside, nice open area which was perfect for our large extended family. The kids lived in the pool for the 4 days we were there! The location is perfect making it easy to just jump on our boat and head out for the day. We will definitely stay at Manatee Manor again! Thanks Chris! "

"Estranho ter uma caução de duas vezes o valor da diária, que mesmo sendo ressarcida, pagará IOF. A simpatia dos atendentes é nenhuma, e o lemçol de uma das camas tinha manchas escuras. Menos mal que eu estava só e dormi na outra cama disponível. O frigobar tinha problemas na porta e a cafeteira não existia. Mas o quarto é confortável e silencioso."
