"Worked well for our two families. Every new year for the past 5 years, our two families celebrate the new year together and this house and location worked well for our two families of 4 and our two 4-legged family members. Would stay again and can’t beat the location….the White River is literally in the backyard."

"It was a beautiful place. Perfect location; just a few steps from the river. Had one problem and the owner was on top of it quickly and was resolved. We saw lots of eagles, too. Beautiful place and quiet and peaceful. Never stayed in a VRBO that was so well-stocked. Highly recommend this place if you like peaceful, beautiful settings and very hospital hosts. "

"I can not express how delighted we were with our recent stay at the Crooked Creek Log House. The house was amazing. It was precisely as advertised, extremely well stocked, comfortable and inviting. The owners were an absolute delight to work with, they were quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The house, amenities, everything were well thought out, everything focused on the comfort of the guests. We would not hesitate in returning to this property again, and in fact, look forward to...

"The house and location was beautiful. The only drawback was the half bath toilet hadn’t been flushed and the floors were dirty looked like dog hair but there are not supposed to be pets so not sure what all that hair was. I would definitely recommend this place though very pretty and loved the location."

"This is an excellent property for family retreats. It's just the right size for our family of 12. The house and amenities are great and the river views beautiful. This was our third year there and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time. The owners are wonderful, gracious people."

"Property was very close to the river, enjoyed the decks. Beds were a little firm not many pots and pans to cook with went and bought a few more ice in door did not keep up for our 13 people. Over all we enjoyed our stay"
