"This hotel was in the perfect location for our Christmas visit with our families. The check in staff when we arrived was fantastic, but the front desk person at check out didn't seem to want to be bothered. "In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Westminster. I come here every year and every year I love it again. The staff is super nice, especially Derek (front desk) and the cleaning girls and guy, and the hotel has everything you need!!! "The hotel lobby was a little outdated. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was nice, especially for the price & reading other reviews. The room was clean. There was no blow dryer and the water for the shower would not get warm. I’d say it was lukewarm at the best. So that was disappointing. But other than that, it was a nice place to stay for the price & location. I’d stay again if they fix the water issue. "
