Sea Forever ensures a beach vacation that you will treasure forever. Perfect for two families, this expansive seaside haven boasts multiple floors with five bedrooms in total and two separate kitchens. This unique getaway offers an expansive wrap-around balcony that spans both the front and the back of the house. Best of all, you not only have an ocean view but also have a walkway to the beach across the street. Enjoy a private driveway which offers plenty of parking for trailers and boats. You'll have a stunning view of miles of sandy shore and lush greenery from a private wrap-around balcony, a cozy and chic open floor plan for the living areas on both the ground and top floor.

Pet Friendly - The owner will allow up to two dogs (woof) (no cats) up to 50 pounds. There will be a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

HOUSE RULES:

Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger, deductions from your security deposit or additional charges to your credit card upon check-out.

- Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
- Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
- In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time.
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (14) at any time.
- No smoking/vaping. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found there will be a $245 additional cleaning charge.
- Do NOT place luggage on furniture or linens. Any damage or stains to furniture or linens will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.
- No Garage access available. Please do not attempt to park in the garage.
- After visiting the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower to prevent clogs in the bathroom.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Great spot!
House was the perfect size for a large group, and in a great location! Ample parking, good for boat/trailers. House was equipped with everything we needed. The only negative is that it could use some maintenance, especially on the exterior.

A few updates and it’d be great!
We had a nice time. The house is in Beverly beach. Access to beach was great and the kitchen and layout worked well. All of the linens need to be upgraded considering the price of rental. The water pressure was pretty bad especially in the outside shower (that had no privacy) so sand was very hard to manage. Also the house had zero spices/condiments/extras which is fine but definitely had the least to offer of all the places I’ve ever stayed. Again, no problem but expect to bring or shop for every little thing.

Good spot for a big group
We had 14 in the house from teenagers to grandparents. So bathrooms were at a premium but if you have 14 you know that! House was super clean. Beds were fine. Washer and dryer very helpful. Walk across the street to the beach. It’s about 2.5 mile to the main downtown area and restaurants so the beach was never crowded. Next to an RV park but the RVs are mostly families so was a good mix for us. Also a little bit of construction around the house but that should wrap up in a few months. Liked the two living areas each with its own kitchen
