"Great Location! Walkable to great dinning options. One block down from the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site and walkable to the Museum of Natural History and the Public Gardens. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance as well. Technically you can walk to the waterfront in 7 minutes but we caught an Uber to and from the waterfront. They came within 3 minutes and it was not expensive. Halifax is a pretty hilly city so keep that in mind. "

Self check in was super easy and the staff respond quickly to messages. This area was great (less busy than downtown) and had tons of dining options (walkable too).
