COVID 19 INFORMATION:
Here are the steps we have taken to ensure your trip is safe and enjoyable:
• Hired an extra cleaner to spend on average 30% more time than before to comprehensively clean our home.
• Using approved disinfectant products and a more stringent regimen for cleaning common surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, countertops, and light switches.
• Installed two automatic hand sanitizer stations, one when you enter the front door and one outside of the garage entrance.
• Installed HEPA air purifiers that trap a high percentage of airborne irritants, allergens and reducing any harmful germs.
• Check-In requires no person-to-person contact. Directions and Information are forwarded by email for Check-In and Check-Out procedures.

This 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath newly built and newly furnished townhome is in the heart of Fish Creek. The Bluffs at Cottage Row Court is an exclusive private community of exceptional residences at the foot of Door County's landmark bluff overlooking the historic village of Fish Creek. Enhanced by local fieldstone and top detailing, this townhome has three levels with an elevator at the garage level. All four bedrooms have a full bath and there are three decks, including an oversized 4 season room leading to the back deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill for outdoor entertaining. There are two large entertaining family rooms on the ground level and first floor with cable TV, one for the kids and one for the adults. This townhome has more than 3500 square feet of space and has every upgrade imaginable, including granite kitchen counters, 10 feet ceilings, stainless steel appliances and a two car garage. Enjoy luxurious living coupled with a perfect location in the best town in Door County.

Incredible Condo
This is an incredible 3 story condo, with the feel of a house. Don't worry about the stairs, there is an elevator to transport yourself or whatever you packed to the upper floors. We were a group of 8 ladies that have been staying in Door County for over 20 years. This place has a great location, wonderful amenities and all the comforts of home. The owner communicates with you and has a great manager that addresses any immediate issues! This is a PLUS when looking for a place to vacation. We will make reservations for fall of 2024 to stay at the Heart of Fish Creek. That is the best review any property can receive!!

It's got it all.
The perfect place to gather and reconnect. Large warm spaces for a party of eight to sit and talk as a group as well as numerous other nooks to engage in small talk or just take some time away to enjoy the Niagara Escarpment, located a mere - and stunning - 15 feet away!

Sibling Reunion
This is the second year staying at this property. It is wonderful. The location is right in the middle of Door County so it's easy to get anywhere in Door County. It is right off the main street of Fish Creek so you can walk anywhere. It is very clean. There are plenty of rooms and beds for adults. The elevator is really nice if you have anyone with limited mobility. We just can't say enough about this property. It has a lot of very nice outdoor spaces as well as indoor spaces to spread out. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend any time in Door County.

Great house for large family gatherings
The property is very roomy and comfortable and has all the amenities you could want. I had a cast on during this trip and the elevator was a real lifesaver as the house is 3 stories and all three are required. Only negative: for the price, I don’t think the renters should have to strip the beds and wash the sheets or empty all the garbage cans into one bag in the garage. It makes getting out at 10 am on the morning of your departure very challenging. This is very common in Door County so may not bother other people.

Door County Family Vacation
Great location and size for our group of 8. Excellent amenities and up to date. Two other properties were rented for our large family gathering and we got the luck of the draw with this one! The only reason this was not rated 5 was that there were enough small things such that I couldn't honestly give a 5. However, Kurt was either in the process of fixing things that he knew about, or if he hadnt known, then he had a plan so it would not happen in the future. These little things did not affect our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully Spacious & Great Location
Our 3 generation family enjoyed this property steps away from downtown Fish Creek. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed for preparing and serving meals. The bedrooms, each with own bath, were large and made for private space away when needed. It felt like home in no time. The location allowed us quick access to walk through town or drive to other favorite locations in Sisters Bay, Ephraim and Egg Harbor. We can see ourselves renting this property again in the future.

Great location
Check in process super easy. Property as described. Plenty of room for 8 adults and a toddler. Property is a little older and could use some upkeep. Plenty of dishes for our party size. Master bedroom and bath were beautiful. Was cold so couldn't enjoy all the beautiful decks, but view was nice. Location is Perfect. Even during cold season can walk to shopping - for the girls, and close to bars - for the boys. We would stay her again. Oh, the elevator was a great bonus.

Condo on the Cliff
Hard to imagine a better view of the Niagara Escarpment, a 95 foot sheer wall of Lannon stone and danger-seeking fir trees dangling overhead. This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom gem is perfect for large groups that want to share time together, but great when one wants to step away from the maddening crowd. Large spaces allow for large gatherings, but many small, special aspects - from porches to sunrooms - draw one in for quiet moments. While oh so close to the mainstream of Fish Creek, the condo is set far enough away to feel serene. All in all, a great place.

Wonderful home!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Fish Creek at this property. It was spacious and clean, and we had plenty of room for our family of eight (six adults and two children). Everything was as pictured and described and we were very comfortable here. The kitchen was modern with plenty of room at the dining table, and we enjoyed the fireplace on cool evenings. We had some issues with the wi-fi when we checked in, but Kurt quickly responded and remedied the problem in a speedy manner. We would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful home with room for everyone. We loved the view of the rock cliff out back and that every bedroom had their own bathroom. The elevator was a nice amenity as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Great space and location
The only concern was the unit was not totally clean. The grill was terribly filthy. The kitchen floor was dirty with crumbs and needed moping. When we wiped up a spill, the rag was black. The master bathroom floor needed vacuuming. There were cobwebs between the screen and glass going out to the patio from the family room. I’m not sure why we had to pay a cleaning fee. On the positive side, this townhouse has a great location! You could walk to shops and restaurants in Fish Creek. Also, the bedrooms were very spacious. Great laundry room too, with new large capacity washer and dryer.
