"First off, we enjoyed our stay. It was a very quiet place. Check in was easy. Just a few items that need attention : Overall the house needed a good cleaning. I actually ended up cleaning it when I arrived. There was no hot water in the sink to clean dishes with The water pressure in the bathroom was barely enough to clean your toothbrush much less yourself in the shower A lot of small items need repair - Old holes in the walls from Outlets, no where to hang bathroom hand towel, pool house...

"Because F1 had all of the Austin hotels locked in a 5-night minimum stay for the week (@ $1,000 per night!!!), I needed a property big enough to accommodate my group of 10 guys……this place was in a word perfect! "Our stay was perfect! The house was roomy, packed with fun things for the kids to do, an amazing well equipped kitchen, and a fabulous backyard!
