"The hotel rooms are very spacious and the hotel was conveniently located. Breakfast was about what you expect from a Marriot hotel, and the amenities were nicely maintained. The only knock is them not yet upgrading to smart TVs, so I would suggest bringing a streaming device such as a Firestick or Roku. "
"The only issue I really had was the amount of noise that transfers through the floors. We were on the second floor. The people above us were not light on their feet at all.

"We were checked in by the nicest man. He was present throughout the time we stayed there and always was warn and inviting to us. The rooms, while not new were clean and well maintained. It bed was comfortable and the room spacious. We stayed here because my husband and son had stayed there overnight returning home from a trip. They found it superior to the other hotel they stayed at at the beginning of their trip. "

"Excellent! Newly remodeled and very clean. It’s was quiet and the room was nice. Loved the bar at the top of the hotel. The only constructive criticism would be the employees at the front desk when we checked in around 4-4:30 that day. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and when we asked directions on how to get to the Amphitheater Zoo for a concert the gal said she wasn’t sure. Definitely didn’t seem interested in assisting. "

"The property is so clean with no nasty smell. The rooms are neatly maintained that it is not obvious how old the property is.
Breakfast is good, not a lot of options but very good and the location of the hotel was pretty close to a lot of food places and fun activities.

"The Colcord hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is classic luxury. Our stay, room and bed were comfortable. The curtains/shades were a bit squeaky when opening and closing but only had to do that twice so not a big deal. We loved the late night and early morning walks around the Myriad garden, so beautiful and peaceful. "
