"Loved this place- very clean, almost brand new! Walking distance to Pearl and Folsom field and only 3 blocks from The Buff! "

"Was a little taken aback by the neighborhood(although there were no issues). Was not a fan of all the stairs so if stairs are problem this is not the place for u. Other than the stairs it was an acceptable place to stay. I did however love the shower. The water pressure was great"

"The view of the Rockies from this neighborhood in Mead, Colorado is stunning. My family and I loved taking walks and soaking up the picturesque surroundings. The home was perfect for my family of 6, with a lot of room to spare. Devin was an excellent and very responsive host before and throughout our stay. Highly recommended VRBO. Thanks for the beautiful experience!"

"I was here 70 days. September through December. To begin with I arrive on a cold winter day and the heat was out. The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. There was not any recessed lighting in the ceiling so...

"Our daughter was showing at the Denver stock show and we needed a home that was pet friendly, close to the stockyards and we could park a trailer. This house checked all the boxes and then some! I have never stayed at a rental that was so well equipment! We have stayed at several rentals and based on other stays have accumulated a list of supplies to pack for our stays…..that was not needed for this home! Down to even provided some basic groceries! "In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Westminster. I come here every year and every year I love it again. The staff is super nice, especially Derek (front desk) and the cleaning girls and guy, and the hotel has everything you need!!! Gym, pool, restaurant, and a shopping mall/supermarket across the street. I highly recommend it!!!"
