"This was a very clean and perfect place for a girls' or family trip! Everything we needed was there. It was so comfy!! Beth was very easy to get in touch with. Will stay again!!"

"This was probably the best house I have rented. There were plenty of beds and rooms. The kitchen was stocked amazingly! We cooked all our meals-including a Thanksgiving dinner! The bathrooms had all the things you may have forgotten to bring. The dock was fun to fish from. Just a super wonderful house. The hosts were very responsive with all my questions, and information I didn’t know I needed! Highly recommended!!"

"Everything was great in the house. Grass was 12"s high around the house and the garage could have been a little cleaner of leaves and spider webs. But generally all was very good."

"I absolutely loved staying here. Highly recommend it, and will book it again. I was in town for a conference at Milliken U, and this location was ideal. The host gave excellent directions/instructions. Check-in was easy. The home is clean and comfortable with a kitchen with all of the pots, pans, dishes, etc. I was able to bring my dog and walk him around the neighborhood. Breakfast food was left on the counter and in the refrigerator. Lots of coffees and teas to choose from"

"We had a wonderful time and the home and amenities were awesome. Will be making another trip and spending a longer amount of time there. So relaxing !!!"

"I came with two friends to shop and experience Amish Country. The house was perfect. We ate breakfast there both mornings and had aupper there in evenings. Walked to main street both days and loved all the shops. Drove out in the country, ate at Yoder’s, shopped at the Bulk market, took a buggy ride. We are coming back soon."

"This location was absolutely perfect for a peaceful and relaxing weekend! The sunsets were beautiful! The cabin was exactly as described and I instantly felt at home. The owners live nearby and were available if needed. The kitchen and bathroom is well stocked. On our drive home we talked about hopefully being able to rent the cabin again in the future. "

"I stayed at this property for 2 days due to work and I was highly satisfied. The house was very welcoming, smelled amazing, and was decorating nice.The host was exceptional and made sure all of my needs were met. The fact that the essentials were provided plus some made my stay even better. I didnt have to worry about packing everything under the sun because it was already there. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Mattoon. "

"We had a nice stay at the Holiday House. The decorations made it extra fun! We had 3 adults and 5 small kids — it was nice to let the kids play with toys and in the yard while adults hung out. The hosts were great! We had no issues with our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a recommendation for St. Patrick’s Day festivities."

"We had a great time at this location. From how spacious the houses was to the converted garage into a gaming area. It was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming home, and fast response from the owner! Would stay here again!!"
