"Lovely place with everything for a very nice stay. Well appointed property in a quiet part of the bay. Well equipped and set out. Only downside is that it was not perfectly clean with cobwebs and spiders in three rooms. Not something I enjoy dealing with. Fridge door was still dirty. And lock flew off bathroom door as soon as we opened it. That said it did not spoil our stay or enjoyment of Filey and all it has to offer."

"The apartment was decorated lovely very well equipped lots of extra things if we had wanted to use them. The main problem was the bed was far too high due to having a mattress topper on a already high bed frame. The apartment was clean except the wooden drawers in the lounge and bedroom which had the TV on they were thick with dust and had not been cleaned in a while there was also no spare cupboard for dry food/tins etc. I also would not use shower gel/ creams etc that other people have left...

"Loved staying in this spacious apartment, its a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Excellent location & even though we stayed on Halloween it was very quiet especially to say it was in a school holiday. Hope to be back soon."

"Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. "Whilst it looked nice on first impressions, for a 5 star boutique hotel I certainly would have expected better No bar service as advertised . If we had have been told about this before we would probably have cancelled the booking. Great friendly hosts , just a shame that our expectations were not met."
