This loft style room is equipped with a flat screen TV with Roku devices for your entertainment needs with a couch and chair on the lower level. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and stools, microwave, mini fridge & freezer, and 4 cup coffee maker to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private suite at Fife Lake Lodge. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals during summer months (subject to availability), fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras

Additionally, there are scenic trails and bike paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

Other Things to Note:
At Fife Lake Lodge, enjoy the convenience of a public car/trailer parking lot nearby. Kayaks can be used between the hours of 12 PM and 7 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Please contact us for the kayak rental fees. and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. Request amenities such as Pack n' Play/Travel crib & stair gate. Firewood is not provided.

A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind, Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
