"Our family really enjoyed our stay out in rural Ferndale. The house has been nicely updated but retains its historic charm. It was well stocked in and we appreciated all of the amenities for kids: high chair, small folding toddler table and chairs, kids dishes, and toys in the kids room. Our extended family of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2 - 10 were all very comfortable! Loved seeing the sweet cows, deer, ducks, and chickens on our drive in. Absolutely picturesque!"

"The entire family just loved the stay at your lovely home! If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely want to stay there. I have never been in such a cool house like this one. Unlike anywhere we have ever stayed. Everything was so nice and tidy and lots of amenities. Room for all five of us and two dogs. We really, really loved it!!! Magical was a good word for it."

"We were very impressed with how clean the house was. At first glance, we were concerned there would not be enough room for all our family units to have the space they needed. "I would step into this marvelous apartment- if I could step back in time! I was amazed at how beautiful and all the attention to detail. Perfect wall paper, Oriental carpets and so much more. "Cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our family of five for three nights. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Two bathrooms and washer/dryer was a huge plus! Kitchen had everything we needed (except coffee- bring your own) and everything was very clean. I enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the breeze through open windows at night was delightful.
