The main floor has reclaimed wood floors, stone wood burning fireplace, 65" smart HDTV and powder room. The master bedroom and bath on the first floor is great for privacy and opens onto the deck and hot tub. It also features a new 42” smart HDTV. The lower level has two large bedrooms; one with a queen bed and attached full bath, the other has 2 queen beds and full-attached bath. A large family room with 60” plasma TV and a convertible pool/ping pong table completes this level. The entire house has been newly refurbished with custom log and reclaimed wood furniture in the bedrooms, new linens and all new kitchen accessories.

This home is located in the 4000 acre, Leatherwood Mountain Resort in Ferguson, NC. Our guests are invited to enjoy our Horseback Riding program where you can experience the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains pristine wilderness by Horseback (reservation required). You will have access to miles of hiking trails, mountain streams, stocked fishing pond, community swimming pool, play ground and tennis courts, creek tubing (seasonal), on-site restaurant with active live music & event calendar (guest advised to check hours when planning meals).

Leatherwood Mountains has surveillance or recording devices on the property. Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very secluded. For added peace of mind, we have security cameras by the gated entrance and common areas. Individual properties may also have cameras on the EXTERIOR of homes. Please be assured they are not directed at private areas, hot tub porches etc.
