A third bedroom sleeps 4 perfect for the kids. Living/TV room on both levels perfect for large groups. All of the furnishings and appointments in this house are of the highest quality, conveying that cozy-comfy feeling that one is looking for in a mountain vacation. The downstairs of the house provides an excellent media and gaming space. Two covered porches, with fantastic views, put this home over the top. For hikers and horse owners this house is centrally located on the Leatherwood trail system with direct access and two separate paddocks able to accommodate up to 4 horses. Stay a weekend or stay a week, with so much to do you'll never want to leave!

Guests traveling with trailers or other long vehicles should be aware that the roads inside Leatherwood are narrow, steep, mountain roads that are not conducive to vehicles or trailers longer than a two-horse bumper pull trailer or a gooseneck trailer less than 20 feet long on the main roads. At Rainbows Edge, trailers larger than a 3 horse may have difficulty making the turn into the parking area on the gravel drive.. Leatherwood is not responsible for any resulting damage.

For added peace of mind, we have security cameras by the gated entrance and common areas. Individual properties may also have cameras on the EXTERIOR of homes. Please be assured they are not directed at private areas, hot tub porches etc.
