On the bay and across the street from the ocean (and just a stroll to the community pool), this upscale four-story 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome offers an elevator, well-equipped kitchen, wet bar (with wine fridge), two master suites and so much more! All rooms offer an attached balcony (with seating areas) and three of the rooms boast attached bathrooms. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 6 flat-screen TVs, elevator, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Parking is available for up to three cars.

Community amenities: Pier, outdoor pool, hiking paths, and picnic area. Beach access is available via a pathway on the east side of Coastal Highway. A $150 resort fee is required from May 15 to September 15.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
