"Amazing house on the river with tons of cool stuff to do. The river is just a short one minute walk from the house. So magical! They have some floats tied up where you enter the water, perfect for hanging out on. There’s a hot tub, plenty of hammocks, a grill, in unit laundry - everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house itself is super cute with vintage fixtures and furniture. Location is great with tons of cool stuff in San Mo nearby"

"Cox Hill House was cozy, clean, spacious and relaxing! We came to visit my daughter and brought our dog too! All the rooms were big including the living room where we enjoyed visiting and watching a movie. I love that there were two tables- one which we ate at and the other played a game. My favorite part was sitting on the hanging swing with my daughter while the dog trotted around freely. Memories were made!"

"Beautiful, older home in gorgeous lakeside neighborhood. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen and coffee station well stocked. My family loved it. I wish I had known that there’s only one tv in the home (living room). And that the access to the lake in the lake (per picture / map in listing) is non existent. Every home on the lake had signs saying private property so we couldn’t get close enough to enjoy the view. You can see a sliver of it from the amazing front porch...

"I loved this place. We lost our son and I wanted a place that was within range of our 3 grown girls. It wasn’t hard to find and I would certainly stay again. Everyone commented about how beautiful it was. The host decorated it perfectly for Christmas. We all felt welcomed and very comfortable.
