"Amazing house on the river with tons of cool stuff to do. The river is just a short one minute walk from the house. So magical! They have some floats tied up where you enter the water, perfect for hanging out on. There’s a hot tub, plenty of hammocks, a grill, in unit laundry - everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house itself is super cute with vintage fixtures and furniture. Location is great with tons of cool stuff in San Mo nearby"

"We are all perfectly comfortable at our weekend away. There was exceptional communication from start to finish. The kitchen had all the pots and pans for our family meals. Beds were comfy, water was hot with good pressure. We could find things easily and we had a lot of fun playing pool and foosball. It was an ideal setup for entertaining . I mean perfect. I do recommend this accommodation."

"Property is really comfortable with vast space and good equipment in kitchen and outdoor deck. Furniture is something dated but works with the country state style. Parking space needs improvements and asphalt entrance can be improved. Place is very good for groups of family and friends and not far from San Marcos. "Nice home, old but kept very clean. Had all the amenities plus more. Comfortable home and beds. Hosts were very nice and communicated very well. I accidentally locked myself out of the house the first night and the owner showed up in less than 5 minutes (they live down the street) to let me back in. AC worked great during a very hot week. I will definitely be staying again. However, I did notice the nightly rate was significantly more now than it was a week ago, not sure how vrbo does that."

"We had a family reunion of 19 but some were come and go. But the location was convenient to Austin airport. It was super busy in town but we never knew it due to quiet location. Nice outdoor area which was used by all. Lots of room to visit and catch up. Used Paddle Tx for paddle boards and kayaks. Best equipment and a pleasure doing business with Stacy!!!"

"Well I lucked out and got a deal in a room through Expedia for just a little over $40 a night. The room had a neat little table with a booth type seat shaped in a half "U" This made it absolutely perfect to do work on my laptop. Everything worked, AC was cold. The room I was in was clean, stocked with soap and towels l, everything I would expect from a Motel 6. The lobby was open 24 hours, there were plenty of vending machines in there with drinks and snacks. There was a Whataburger right up...
