Florida Marsh House is located on the beautiful Treasure Coast with an "Old Florida" natural landscape near the marsh, river and beaches. This beautiful modern rustic house is the place to come out into the country, especially if you are looking to relax, unplug and get away from it all! Where can you stay and enjoy a day sunning at the beach, fishing at the river and riding on an airboat in the marsh all in the same vacation? At Florida Marsh House, that's where! There are plenty of local guides available to set up for a day of salt or fresh water fishing, as well as local airboat tours are around the corner. If hiking or horseback riding is of interest to you, the state park is just over 3 miles away.

While the main reason to come to Florida Marsh House may be relaxing in the outdoors, the home itself is a beautiful retreat. The huge front porch welcomes you to Florida. As you enter the home, the gorgeous pine tongue and groove ceilings almost reach the sky. The home opens to the living and dining area with a 65" inch smart TV for viewing while cooking up that favorite dish that you've always wanted to try in our fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a luxury king size bed. The bathroom is on the other side of the house with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Catch up on your favorite novel while sitting in the reading nook, where you can enjoy nature overlooking the pond. Time seems to just move slower at this little slice of paradise, where most nights you can gaze up and count the stars. While there is plenty of privacy, Florida Marsh House is close to everything. Amazing stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s property. It was a perfect getaway with more than enough space for a boat and truck. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend the property.

Great place!!
Had a great stay at the Marsh House. The property was VERY clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and pillows. Shower is a bit small, but usable. The outside property is HUGE. We came into town to fish, and there is more than enough room to park several boats and trailers. The entrance to the property is a bit tight, but an experienced boater should have no problem getting a bass boat into the property. Someone with a “pontoon”-sized boat, may find it a bit more challenging, but once through the front gate, there is more than enough room for any size boat and trailer. Overall, very nice, quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay again on a return trip!!

Amazing house, beautiful experience!
Diana was an amazing host, she really did think of everything necessary to make her guests comfortable and happy. The property is beautiful, exactly as described and very clean. I have never stayed at such a clean rental property. The area is extremely quiet and private, but many restaurants and shops close by. We really did feel like we were in a country house! We will definitely be back and for a longer stay. Thank you Diana for creating such a beautiful experience for us.

Fishing Headwaters
We stayed for several days while fishing Headwaters reservoir and it was the perfect location. It was only about 15 minutes from the house to the launch. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would stay there again if we are back to fish in the future.

Great Home / Great Owner
We had a wonderful stay at the Florida Marsh House. This owner really goes the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome. From the s'mores welcome basket, to the extensive amenities, to the quality beds and linens, we felt very comfortable through out our visit. The property offers privacy, peace and quiet. The location is perfect for the traveler who is looking to explore native Florida and the avid angler looking to experience some of the best bass fishing the state has to offer. We will certainly be back for another stay.

A perfect oasis
We had a lovely experience! Diana thought of everything, right down to the s’mores! The kitchen was well appointed, the house- immaculate! The shower was a bit small, but it was minor compared to the amazing experience we had. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the solitude of the property. Thank you, Diana. We will be back!

This is the perfect house to rent for a Headwaters trip. It is clean, well decorated and furnished. Two king beds and half way between the restaurants and the boat ramp. Plenty of yard to store boat(s), outside with power and hose. Outstanding!!

Peaceful Florida Retreat
The Marsh House offered us an utterly peaceful and quiet retreat, a true getaway. On a beautiful property with lots of trees with hanging moss, a pond, lovely for walks. The porch feels very southern and loved writing on it. The house is clearly much loved, thoughtfully decorated and cared for. Simple cabin feel but stylish and cozy. Great big room for hanging out. A well stocked kitchen has all the equipment and dishes you will need for preparing delectable meals. High quality mattresses for restful sleep. Mostly cows around but the New Years celebration (during our time of visiting the property) in the surrounding area was surprisingly active! The fire pit is very special, super clear stars to view and they provide all the amenities to enjoy it. Our dog was so very happy to explore the natural surroundings on the property and have such a dog-friendly house to nestle into! There is even a comfy, large dog bed and amenities waiting to welcome the canine member of your visiting family or group. There is not a secured fence on this property though so you will want to be cautious with letting your dog off leash since the local wild life is present. We greatly look forward to returning to the graceful property for future healing escapes!!
