The house is in a quiet neighborhood; has a large yard, gardens & huge wrap-around deck to enjoy spectacular sunset views while you relax with your favorite WA wine or craft cocktail.

The property is owned by an interior designer and it offers a perfect blend of comfort and style and so many arts which the owner collected from all over the would.

The home is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and tranquility. Each floor has a work desk (and an Apple monitor) great for remote work.

Additionally, both floors have its own living room, dining room, full size kitchen and laundry sets to allow two families stay together with privacy on each floor. Each floor also has a gas fireplace, smart TVs and 2 full size kitchens allowing guests to prepare wonderful home-cooked meals.

Second floor has a huge deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, gas fire pits and BBQ grill.

There is a spacious yard and garden with outdoor tables BBQ and chairs for guest enjoyment, offering a stunning Puget Sound view. There are no steps from the garage to inside of the house, making the downstairs space child and senior friendly. We also enjoy hosting military veterans and their families and any guest can bring their service dog for their convenience.
