"We reserved a room that had a kitchen and small living room included. What a surprise we had when we saw just how nice it all was. The kitchen was so clean and everything maintained so well. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was nicely updated and clean. I will definitely stay there again. "

"This property is a slam dunk. It’s located near everything but it gives the illusion that you’re far away from it all. The property is well kept. The hot tubs are clean and the creek is amazing. "

"Loved the place. Prior communication about a couple of things would have helped in our planning: no soap for our shower, no coffee and no phone # in which to contact our host. Glad I printed out instructions from my computer at home before getting there. We needed to review codes to door and lock box from that print out. It’s a lovely place and we will be coming back! "

"This reviews the upper level portion of the house. The view out of the living room is gorgeous! Mountains and red rock everywhere. The house is close to downtown but not too close as it is very busy. The owners truly take great care to make sure things are comfortable. "

"A beautiful, quiet space. Near great restaurants and shopping. Trailheads as close as 2-3 minutes. I highly recommend. "

"We had a great stay and the unit is as described we enjoyed being in the quieter neighborhood and had all that we needed. Would return when next in the area. "

"Nice property, quiet area, not far from activities. "

"The view from the living room and breakfast table was spectacular! The location is great too; easy to walk to downtown art and retail locations and to restaurants. Also, near many red rock trails. Private driveway was a plus."

"Couldn't get the TV to work, so missed watching the AZ homecoming game. Floors were dirty. I know there is blowing dust there so that could have been the problem. Overall, it was good. Would use it again."
