Vacation home Jo - Laviosa Farm - Immersed in the hilly nature Tuscany

Wonderful historic estate handed down for generations, surrounded by the green of Tuscany.
We have 5 structures, including an independent villa, for a total of 26 beds, which can also be booked together. Each one has an independent entrance and a magnificent view.
The apartment Jò has a fairly elegant and modern look at the same time, on two levels, on the first floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles, one with a beautiful fireplace and a bedroom with two bunk beds, two bathrooms, one with a bath and another with a shower / hydromassage.
On the ground floor, we find a large kitchen with exit to the garden where there is a beautiful gazebo of fragrant wisteria, ideal for eating outdoors. The living room is very large and bright with windows and glass doors facing three sides, characterized by a vast library and the master fireplace. The room is adjacent to the large dining room which in turn continues into the kitchen. We also have a service bath at the main entrance, where there is a stairwell.
All the rooms on the ground floor are communicating, creating a harmony between them.
The Farm has over 17 hectares of land, including a vast truffle, a variegated orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it produces extra virgin olive oil.
The structure has a beautiful swimming pool accompanied by a magnificent tennis court, and also a small consecrated private church.
The location is really idyllic and excellent for walking and relaxing.
We are close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, not to mention the fabulous seaside resorts with both beach and rock.
The village of Fauglia is a small historical center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are three restaurants, two bars, an ice cream parlor and other small shops.
