Lovely holiday home with great location, 400m from woods/path along Gudenåen in holiday center with for example a big outdoor heated pool with changing room, football field, play area and canoe landing place.



The holiday home is situated on a sunny plot with a wonderful light filled living room, kitchen and dining room all in one room. The living room has a big TV screen, the kitchen has a dishwasher, big oven, cooking facilities, air fryer, and wall coffee machine. In the house and garden, you have WIFI Fibernet.

Besides a toilet room the house has a big bathroom. In the bathroom you have a 4 pers. Sauna, 3 pers. spa and a washing machine and dryer.



The holiday home has 10 sleeping places. The sleeping places are as followed: 3 good looking double bedrooms with stand-alone beds, 1 double bed in annex and a big loft room (2 mattresses ).



You can choose between relaxing on one of the 2 sunny covered terraces. 1 wooden terrace just outside the living room or a covered tile terrace in the Cousy area along side the annex. Beside this you have a garage with in with you have a 11 kwh car charger and a carport.



If you use a lot of electricity or use the houses car charger while its sunny weather, then it will reduce your electricity bill. The sun pannels on the roof produce around kr. 500 pr. week during summer months.
