"This is a lovely hotel, I stayed 2 years ago and feel sadly it’s lost its spark a bit. The good bits first, parking is great, easy to access hotel and plenty of spaces, the spa was great, and a big bonus was the yoga class I joined when I saw people with yoga mats. The room was big and comfortable with a nice fridge and a big bath. "We enjoyed our stay in Wirral. Mark was very easy to work with, and kind enough to warm up the hot tub before we arrived! This property has a beautiful garden and outdoor space to enjoy! "The property was clean, but very small bedrooms. You had to climb over the bed in one room to get to the right-hand spot of the bed. We couldn't control the heat so we got very cold as the temps were in the low 30s. Host had set on a timer and complained about previous guests using too much heat. Host insisted on meeting and chatted with us too much; this is an invasion of privacy and stressful on a vacay. "Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room.
